CS 1.6 USSR Thematic Build with Soviet Flag and Red Menu
Description
A CS 1.6 build with a Soviet theme across the interface: the main menu shows the USSR flag, the menu uses a red theme with yellow accents, menu sounds and music are changed, and the launcher has a custom icon.

Models use the standard v_, p_ and w_ prefixes, so inspect animations and third-person drops work as usual. Textures are 1024x1024.
The build runs on Windows, supports Steam and Non-Steam setups, and works for online servers and bot matches on any map. Russian nicknames and chat text are supported. Bots use .nav files for pathfinding.
Keep config.cfg unmodified by third-party tweaks, as they can cause conflicts or startup errors.
Install in three steps

Extract it into the game folder. Use 7-Zip or WinRAR. A path without non-Latin characters works best.
