CS 1.6 Wild West: Cowboy Theme Build
Description
A thematic build for Counter-Strike 1.6 that changes the visuals and audio to a Wild West style while leaving the standard gameplay rules unchanged. The main menu gets a gray background with a terrorist model on a horse, and the menu music and sounds are replaced.
- v_ models for first-person view, p_ models for the player hands, and w_ models for world drops.
- Custom firing and reload sounds that match the theme, with inspect animations for the pistols.
- A launch icon for easy finding in the shortcuts list.
The included config.cfg sets rates to 100k and ex_interp to 0.01. Keep the config clean, because manual edits can bloat it over time. The build works with both Steam and Non-Steam installs, and it supports Russian nicknames and chat input.
Install in three steps

Download the archive. Use the button on the right, or the Yandex.Disk mirror if the main server is slow.

Extract it into the game folder. Use 7-Zip or WinRAR. A path without non-Latin characters works best.
