P2000 Starladder Model for CS 1.6

Description

This pack replaces the P228 pistol model with a P2000 Starladder skin for CS 1.6. It includes the p_ player model, the v_ viewmodel and the w_ world model, a p228.tga image for the HUD, and custom weapon sounds: clip in and out, slide back and release, draw, plus several move and fire samples.

Models: p_p228.mdl, v_p228.mdl, w_p228.mdl.
Sounds: p2000 folder with clipin, clipout, draw, slideback and sliderelease, plus p228-1 and p228-2.
HUD sprite: gfx/vgui/p228.tga.

Extract the p2000-starladder folder contents into cstrike, so the models and sounds end up in cstrike/models and cstrike/sound.
